If you are a PHA staff person click here
If you are a PHA staff person you need to access to EPIC, please click here
If you are a Tribe or TDHE staff person click here
If you are a Tribe or TDHE staff person (i.e. your organization receives Indian Housing Block Grant funding) and you already have a Secure Systems (aka 'M') ID, you just need to request access to EPIC, please contact your local Regional Office.
If you are a HUD user click here
If you are a HUD user, that has never been activated in EPIC you must request access to EPIC (system P279) through the DIAMS system.
If you have an EPIC account but are having other difficulties logging in, please try resetting your WASS password. If this does not resolve your problem, send an email to either EPICHelp@hud.gov (PHA or public housing users) or ONAP_EPICHelp@hud.gov (Tribe/TDHE or ONAP users) and explain the issue you are encountering. In your e-mail, include your name, your User ID, your organization's name, and the specific type of error you are receiving. It would also be helpful (but not required) if you could send a screen shot of the problem screen and then paste the screen shot into the email. (The procedures for taking a screen shot vary depending on the version of Windows a person uses - to get instructions type 'screen shot' in an Internet search engine to find instructions).
All EPIC users should have their own user name and password.
NOTE: We are aware of an issue when updating a system with the v200 driver from OS 3.1 to 3.1.1. After updating, and upon first reboot of the controller, you may receive a 'Cannot connect to Director at <IP address>' error when connecting to the system using Composer Pro. If you receive this error, please contact support@epic-systems.com and we can provide you with a quick fix which will restore functionality.
NOTE: If you are using version 110 or 180 of our driver and your triggers have recently stopped working - this is due to a firmware update that Amazon is rolling out to older Echo Dot (Gen 2) devices. You will need to install our V200 driver, which can be found HERE. v200 REQUIRES OS3. You will also have to remove the old driver from the project and then add the new driver, so please be sure to copy over any trigger programming that you want to retain into Macros, or backup your project file, and then you can copy/paste the programming from the backup using Virtual Director.

Key Differences between our Amazon Echo driver and Control4's:
1) Ours DOES NOT require an annual 4sight license (at a cost of $100/year)!
2) Ours makes a DIRECT CONNECTION within your home network between the Echo(s) and Control4. Control4's relies on a cloud-based integration, which has already proven to be both SLOWER and LESS RELIABLE. There have been multiple reports on the dealer and user forums of long delays and outright failures when responding to voice commands using Control4's Alexa Skill.

3) Ours auto-generates 5 programming events for each command that you define - ON, OFF, UP, DOWN, and SET. Control4's only gives you ON and OFF. UP and DOWN events are very useful for doing things like raising and lowering blinds, light levels, volumes, temperatures, etc...SET is very useful for setting specific light levels, shade levels, volume percentages, etc.
