It's fairly easy to start streaming your PS4 gameplay to several platforms with Restream even if you don't have a capture card. To do this you'll need to capture Remote Play client on your computer, and stream it with any software, like OBS. It will allow you to add overlays to your stream, and also to stream to Restream to send your video to several platforms at once.
- Navigate to your PS4’s Settings. Click on Remote Play Connection Settings and then click on the Enable Remote Play checkbox. This will enable PS4 to interact with the software that you have just installed on your computer. Go back and select Account Management from the PS4’s Settings menu.
- For you to use the pc's hotspot wirelessly you'd need two wifi on the pc, one of which would be connecting to your ps4 and one to your neighbors wifi. When you changed your pc to be a hotspot.
- Universal Media Streamer and the PS4 Media Player App. The Media Player app on your PS4 can play stuff that's being shared from a PC in your house. Note: If you have a wireless connection between ps4 and pc you may have bad video quality. For the best experience connect both devices with Ethernet cables.
